Collectors beaten, back to Aion

Must say that Mass Effect 2 was an awesome game, and after a two days of playing (25 hours of playing time :P) I finally beat the Collectors and can get back to my Fenris farm, about the same fun as scanning for minerals on planets ;). Dont know if anyone else beside me and Daeron have played it but I thought we could compare end results :P

To avoid spoilers alerts I will make this vague :P
Thane, Jack and Garrus died.
Didnt do what the illusive man wanted me to.

Done with it as well. Damn epic game, even though I like the first game way more. Sadly I lost Legion and that black guy (can't recall his name).

And yeah, I did what the Illusive man asked me to do in the end, even though I try to play a good guy most of the time ;)

Same here. Have been waiting for the second game for years now. So glad I hold on to all of my saved games, even though I think I'll complete the first game again before starting on ME 2 again.

Ended, noone lost. you just have to have them all as loyal (easier as paragon) and use them in the last battle acording to their abilities. so Hacker=Legion/Tali, Commander=Garrus/Miranda, Shielder=Samara/Jack. and for the last batle make sure that all you chose in your squad are loyal. easy enough.

Great game, much better than first one. much better than dragon age, probably much better than anything ive played so far single player.

oh and btw, make sure the ship has all the possible upgrades... or all will end badly anyway :P keeping in mind that the characters you make survive will be with you on mass effect 3 (keep a backup of the save file :P

forgot.... the one taking the ppl to the ship has to be loyal too... so no getting rid of that guy who you forgot (didnt bother) to level his loyalty couse you hate him... in my case i used the Doc, Mordin. great character, useless in combat.

yeah, mine was all loyal as well. everything full speced and so on. Guess I just picked the wrong npcs.

Anyway. I still find the first game way better due to the storyline. The second game is not nearly as interesting as the first one.

Agree with Munchies there, the first one had a much better main quest then the second, gathering a team to jump through a relay is kinda thin. But the other quests around it in this game is much better, can describe how much I hated that little car you had in the first one. Although scanning planets for minerals kinda sucks aswell...

yeah Indeed. But the game feels a bit like a build up for the third game which seems to be great. I look forward to see how many of the characters we're getting to keep. Would really like to get rid of Tali and Garrus, since I never really liked them in the first place. Was nice to meet Wrex again. always liked that character.

I would really like to see Jack, Legion, Grunt and Thane again in the next game. Think they're are the characters with the most meat on.

Thought Garrus was really cool in this game compared to the first one. I usually ran with Miranda and Jacob until I got Garrus and that asari biotic.

Incredible game, maybe the trilogy will be one of the most important game-products of all time. Got the limited edition with the comic book and stuff its pure awesomeness! Can't wait for the third chapter, at the same time I don't want it to end :( Ofcorse Bioware and EA will be using the universe for other stuff. Theres a movie in the making as well.

Can't wait for SW:The Old Republic as well. Bioware > Blizzard, sorry fanboys :P

Hope you guys have fun in Aion, miss ya <3

Indeed. Bioware> all IMO. But it's still the first time they make a mmo, so I don't have too high expectations.

Well, if you can stand the bad graphic Knights of the old republic is still the best bioware game ever made :P

Actually, if you can stand the graphics, Baldurs Gate II is the best Bioware game ever. But the graphics are...ugh...
For a more recent game, try Mirrors Edge, it's short, sweet, different, and only single player game I finished more then once :)
