Greetings, and welcome to Fenrir!

Fenrir is an Asmodian Aion Online: Tower of Eternity Legion based on the server Perento. We are primarily a Player Vs Player guild; however we also branch out into PvE on a less regular basis. Fenrir, whilst being a fairly hardcore guild, is still a real-life and friendly orientated legion – the majority of us all have full-time jobs, are in full-time education or have families. Fenrir’s members are very experienced players in the MMORPG field. We have an extensive knowledge of all the major MMORPG games over the last 10 years, including (but not limited to): Warhammer Online, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, Ultima Online, Lord of the Rings Online, EverQuest and Dark Age of Camelot. Our members are of a very high standard, achieving a lot of success in their respective games in both PvP and PvE.

As a Fenrir member you should never be bored unless you chose to be so yourself of course. Our members are required to put in the time via multiple means. Our forum and website gives the members an ideal place to do this. The site is extensive and custom built to our needs, and holds all of the facilities needed to accomplish our everyday needs. Our website has the means for our members to create private/public blogs for the guild to read.

Fenrir is a fantastic place to be. Not only for the hardcore element of Aion Online, but also to be part of an ever-growing and friendly group of fun gamers which know how to have a good time. We have a policy of playing serious when we have to, but having a good time is what the game is all about.

The hierarchy in Fenrir is quite simple, and follows a standard structure. We have one Guild Master, three to five Officers (known as Elders) and then the core of our members (Pack), and recruits (Cubs).

Cubs
Recruits are prospective members of Fenror who are currently in a trial state after being accepted through the recruitment process (please see the guild information for more about the recruitment process). Recruits are similar to full members but have restricted access on the forum, and would never be allowed loot/rewards obtained through raids where loot/rewards can be distributed over pack members. The recruit rank is the lowest rank available in Fenrir.

Pack
The members are the backbone of Fenrir. They make up the majority of our player base and are the most common rank in the legion. This rank has little restriction on it, and is the third highest rank in Fenrir.

Elders & Alpha
The Guild Master (Alpha) is the head person of Fenrir. He/she controls the guild as a whole and operate globally when it comes to tasks. The final say of every decision would normally fall down the Guild Master. This position is the highest possible position in Fenrir, and the person in this role would very rarely (or pretty much never) change.

Elders are the Officers of Fenrir. They are the ones that regulate the guild on a daily basis and deal with anything guild related on a higher level than the members would. Elders are the second highest rank in Fenrir, and currently there are 3. To see more about the Elders, please read the guild information which will show the current active Elders and their roles in the guild.

Our “Elders” each have their own duties – such as one will primarily focus on recruitment, another on strategies and tactics and so forth. Our Guild Master role is a very active one, and whilst he oversees the overall running of the guild, he will also participate in all areas of the guild.

If you need to speak of any of the Elders about a specific issue, please contact the relevant person or whichever is available should you be uncertain who your query is relevant to on the forum (you will need to register first) and we’ll deal with your request as soon as possible.

The main focus for Fenrir in Aion Online is PvP. We plan to do whatever it takes to be the best of the best on our server. If there’s a fight, expect to find us in the middle of the frontline making an impact on the battle. Our guild is made up of dedicated members, who always strive to be the best at what they do. Our combined hours spent doing that in other games would be near incalculable, either spending it laying waste to the newest PvE dungeon, analyzing it to the last minute detail or simply taking pleasure in tearing apart our enemies in PvP.

We do however, as everyone does, spend long hours deliberating over tactics and strategies, and more importantly putting into practice what we have learnt. This is sometimes a lengthy process, but due to our dedication we always come up trumps. Improving our skills in RvR is one of our main areas of accomplishment.

Fenrir will be constantly pushing forward in RvR and achieving everything there is to offer.

When it comes down to recruitment, we have very strict policies on who we want to recruit. Lhel, our current head of recruitment, works very hard to get all the information needed from the recruits. When a recruit has proven themselves to be of an acceptable standard for Fenrir, they will be invited to an interview with our recruitment heads on Ventrilo. This interview is mandatory, and is it mainly to help us learn more about you and to get to know you better, but most importantly to see if you are really what we are looking for.

Our Ventrilo interviews sometimes recorded for the Officers to listen to and evaluate in cases where only one officer is able to attend the interview. Your interview will NEVER be made available to the public or regular members for privacy reasons, and regardless of whether the application is successful or unsuccessful, the recording will be destroyed shortly after it has been evaluated and a final verdict is given. Be aware that the recording is subject to your approval. You may refuse the recording, you will still be evaluated, but then based upon the attending officers and their feedback to your interview only.

If you make it into Fenrir, you will enter into a trial period of two weeks minimum, sometimes longer. This is up to the officers to decide upon. During this time the recruit will be expected to do everything a regular member would do in terms of commitment to the guild, after all this is your time to shine ans show you should be a member. At all times during your recruit status, regular members are going to be evaluating you and will pass their information on to the Officers. When the trial status is over your performance will be assessed by the Officers and Guild Master. Typical areas we look at would be how active you have been, how did you spend your time with us and how did you conduct yourself whilst on trial.

If everything goes well and you make it past your trial phase, and finally get a judgement of “Approved!” passed down then you will become a fully fledged member of Fenrir, receiving all the privileges that all our members enjoy. The recruitment process is quite lengthy and does take time to complete fully, but we do like to make absolutely sure you are the right person we are looking for and also for you to make sure we are the right legion for you. If you find the recruitment process demands are too exhaustive, then you may wish to look elsewhere.

How do you apply I hear you ask? Firstly you need to register on our site. After that, visit our recruitment forum and read all the sticky posts in there. Finally, if we are looking for your class type and recruitment is open, fill out the application form to the best of your ability and create a new forum post in there with a clear topic title. We also will accept private applications. The process is the same but instead of creating a forum post just send it via private message to either of our recruitment heads listed in our hierarchy and they will deal with your application.  Be aware that a private application will take longer to process. You may also contact an officer in game and if they have time they'll evaluate you and if possible conduct the interview that same evening. There is no guarantee of this, if we are busy in RvR or doing something else we will set a different time and date for your evaluation.

Good luck!

-Fenrir
